Katy Gore RMT prides herself in taking a dynamic approach to each treatment, listening and focusing on the patient's specific needs. With a background in sports and athletics, Katy is familiar with addressing common skeletal muscle concerns. She has been working as an RMT since 2014 and is comfortable seeing patients of all ages. With additional hands-on training to support working on people with headaches, TMJ concerns, frozen shoulder, whiplash, strains, sprains, disc concerns, sciatica, and tendonitis.
Since 2019, Katy has focused her practice in women's health, her approach is gentle and therapeutic. Care is taken to focus on the body, mind, and nervous system. With additional training in Manual Lymph Drainage at the Vodder Institute and multiple chest/breast courses. Katy looks forward to treating patients looking for pre/post natal care, hormone and nervous system care, along with pre/post surgical recovery.

Personal Reflection:
Continual strength training and workouts, along with a well-balanced diet, allow me to act and feel my best. I enjoy spending time with my Husband and two small children.
