Dans ses motsKatie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from UBC and graduated from OVCMT in 2023 with academic honors.
She has had a life long interest in anatomy and physiology and a passion for helping others. Her style as a therapist is intuitive and ever growing and evolving. Her treatments include a variety of techniques, including myofascial release, trigger point release, neuromuscular therapy and Swedish massage, with a particular interest in muscle energy. She is a strong advocate for health and wellness and tailors each and every treatment to the individual, whether it be finding and treating the root causes of dysfunction or holding space to help calm the nervous system and encourage a deeper healing process.
Katie moved to the Okanagan from Vancouver in 2017 and loves hiking and snowshoeing the local trails with her two kids and golden retriever, Sage.
