About Kaylin
If you've ever worried that you're "too sensitive," "too emotional," or "too much," I want you to know there is nothing wrong with you.
Hi! My name is Kaylin, and I am passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and celebrate its successes. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of meaningful counselling work, and I offer a person-centred, trauma-informed approach tailored to each person I work with. My goal is to create a compassionate and non-judgmental space where you feel validated, understood, and supported as you gain clarity and direction.
You may find that you experience things deeply, wonder if you’re “too much,” feel easily overwhelmed at times, or hesitate to reach out for support. If any of this resonates, I want you to know you are not alone and you are welcome here.
I recognize the courage it takes to seek support, and I’m truly grateful you are here. I strive to meet you where you are, offering empathetic support as we navigate your path toward healing and wellness together. Our work together may include gentle exploration, practical coping strategies, and space to process your experiences at your own pace.
I have a special interest in supporting highly sensitive individuals, helping you feel seen and understood, and equipping you with strategies that genuinely support your needs. Thank you for being here. I feel honoured to be part of your journey.
