À propos de Lehn
Dans ses motsKC is a dedicated physiotherapist who takes a personalized, client-centred approach to care, helping patients recover from pain and injury while building long-term strength, confidence, and resilience. She believes the best results come from understanding each person’s goals and creating treatment plans that are practical, targeted, and sustainable.
With a background as a competitive softball athlete, KC understands firsthand the physical and mental demands of injury recovery and performance. This experience shapes her empathetic and motivating style of care, as well as her strong focus on movement quality, injury prevention, and safe return to activity.
Her treatments combine hands-on manual therapy, individualized exercise programs, acupuncture and dry needling, along with clear patient education. This approach helps clients reduce pain, improve function, and feel confident managing their recovery both in and out of the clinic. She works with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including everyday aches, sports injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
KC holds a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from Western University and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. She is committed to continuous learning and evidence-based practice, and has a growing clinical interest in pelvic health.
Patients appreciate her thorough assessments, clear communication, and genuine commitment to helping them move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities they enjoy.
