About Keely
Keely is an emerging Life Coach, currently completing her training and gaining practice hours. She is passionate about helping people explore their thoughts, increase self-awareness, and step into the version of themselves they want to become. After years of leading teams and supporting people professionally, she discovered a strong pull toward personal growth work—the kind that digs into emotions, patterns, decisions, and hesitations. This inspired her to pursue life coaching and create a space where clients feel supported, challenged, and empowered.
Keely’s coaching approach is collaborative, reflective, and rooted in curiosity. She partners with clients to explore the thoughts, beliefs, and patterns that shape their choices, helping them gain clarity and create actionable steps toward their goals. She provides space for reflection, encourages vulnerability, and asks thoughtful, sometimes challenging questions designed to deepen insight. Clients can expect a combination of gentle guidance, accountability, and practical strategies to help them move forward. Keely also mirrors language and patterns to increase self-awareness, helping clients recognize blind spots and broaden perspectives.
Her goal as a coach is to create a safe and trusting environment where clients feel heard and supported while being challenged to think differently and grow. She works with individuals to clarify session goals, reflect on progress, and hold themselves accountable, always tailoring her approach to each person's unique needs and objectives.
Alongside her coaching practice, Keely serves as Bloom’s Operations & Human Resources Manager. In this role, she supports the organization with leadership, operational oversight, and a passion for building strong systems that allow both clients and counsellors to thrive.
Outside of work, Keely enjoys travelling, trying new foods, organizing, cooking, and spending time outdoors by the water with family and friends.
