If you’ve ever asked yourself “Why do I feel stuck?” or “Why can’t I seem to move forward even when I want to?” — you’re exactly the kind of person I love to work with.
I became a therapist because I’m endlessly fascinated by people—including myself. I've spent years untangling what keeps us stuck, what creates lasting change, and how we realign with what actually matters. Not from a distance, but right up close—I’ve hit my own walls, sat with discomfort, and done the work of coming back to myself. Therapy with me won’t be about fixing you, because you’re not broken. It’ll be about making sense of where you are, reclaiming your direction, and building the courage to take the next right step.
My style is collaborative, grounded, and infused with curiosity. I integrate tools from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic work. I also hold deep respect for Carl Jung’s legacy and depth-oriented therapy—especially shadow work, dreams, and the unconscious.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, relationships, identity, or simply feel like something inside you is shifting—I’m here for the version of you that wants more. Over time, my clients grow more aligned with their values, more resilient in the face of discomfort, and more connected to their full, messy, meaningful human experience.
I’m a Registered Provisional Psychologist with a Master’s in Counselling Psychology, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and a minor in Sociology.
When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll find me walking in nature, connecting with animals, journaling, reading, catching live music or comedy, or spending time with my dog and the people I love.
