Dans ses motsKeith graduated from The University of Sydney in Australia and has experience working with a variety of cases from the general population, post-op patients, individuals in car-accidents, and semi-professional athletes. He also has a special interest in shoulder and knee injuries as well as concussion/vestibular cases. Keith likes to incorporate a mixture of hands-on manual therapy, individualized movement/exercise prescription, and education in order to optimize patient goals.
Sports and activity have been an integral part of Keith’s life growing up. He’s spent most of the last decade as a swim and aquatic fitness instructor while also being the team athletic trainer for SFU’s varsity men’s basketball team. Keith has found a way to incorporate his love for sports and fitness with education in a variety of media. In his free time Keith enjoys staying active through recreational sports, weightlifting, running, cycling, hiking and camping. No matter what your goals are, Keith will be sure to work with you and get you there!

Clinical Bike Fitting - PhysiotherapyNew patient
« A clinical bike fit for any road, gravel, hybrid, or commuter bikes. Great for anyone looking to optimize performance, reduce pain while riding, or improve overall comfort.
The clinical bike fit includes assessment and adjustments at the saddle, handlebars, and cleats. It will also include a general assessment of the body to identify any strength, biomechanical, or range of motion deficits that can be addressed via an exercise program.
Please bring in:
– Your bike in clean and working condition
– Cycling attire
– Shoes (with cleats if you use them)
