Kelley holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and brings over 20 years of clinical counselling experience working with adults, youth, children, families, couples, and groups. Kelley is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) in good standing with both The BC Association of Clinical Counsellors and the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. Kelley utilizes a strengths-based, biopsychosocial approach and understanding of the nervous system in helping clients work through various challenges including stress, life transitions, relational struggles, emotional regulation, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, separation, loss, grief, acute and chronic illness, trauma, and substance-use difficulties.
