Craniosacral Treatment sessionFollow-up
« Craniosacral Therapy (CST)
Gentle. Calming. Deeply Restorative.
Craniosacral Therapy is a very light-touch treatment that helps your body shift out of stress and into a state of deep relaxation. Instead of working deeply into muscles, this session focuses on calming your nervous system -the part of you that controls stress, sleep, and healing.
Using soft, still hand placements around the head, spine, and hips, the body is supported in releasing tension at its own pace. There is no force or pressure - just quiet support.
What Makes It Different from a Massage therapy treatment:
- Very gentle, light touch
- No deep pressure or intense manipulation
- Moves at a pace that feels safe and comfortable
- Helps your body unwind naturally
- Encourages deep rest and reset
This Treatment May Help With:
- Stress and anxiety
- Feeling overwhelmed or “wired”
- Recovery from concussion
- Jaw tension (TMJ)
- Headaches and migraines
- Chronic fatigue
- If you are highly sensitive to touch or stimulation
What It Feels like during treatment:
- Quiet. Slow. Meditative.
- Many people leave feeling lighter, clearer, emotionally settled, and deeply relaxed. Some notice better sleep, less tension, and an overall sense of calm in the days following treatment. »Massage Therapy with an Osteopathic Approach
« I offer Massage Therapy with an osteopathic approach to help restore balance and alleviate pain. This hands-on treatment method focuses on the body's interconnected systems, emphasizing the musculoskeletal, nervous, and circulatory systems. Using techniques such as joint mobilization, myofascial release, and soft tissue techniques, I aim to improve movement, reduce tension, and support your body's natural healing processes. Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or simply seeking relaxation, my osteopathic-inspired Massage Therapy can help promote overall wellness and restore your body's optimal function.
Basically *I assess how your entire body is compensating and treat the underlying pattern - not just where it hurts by supporting your nervous system and structural alignment so your body can heal more efficiently.*

« Beyond the Fascia is a gentle, over-the-clothes massage therapy treatment focused on restoring balance to the body’s soft tissues and nervous system. Using sustained pressure, slow traction, passive movement, and rhythmic techniques, this session works with the body’s fascial network and neuromuscular system to reduce tension, improve mobility, and support overall regulation.
This treatment is designed to lengthen and hydrate fascia, normalize muscle tone, and improve coordination between muscles, joints, and breathing patterns. The slow, intentional pace encourages a calming response in the nervous system, helping to reduce stress-related holding patterns while supporting postural ease and physical function.
