Kelly is a Registered Massage Therapist who enjoys bringing a science-driven approach to care, blending clinical reasoning with a warm touch. She’s naturally curious about the “how” and “why” behind what’s happening in the body and incorporates the client’s history, lifestyle, and goals into individualized treatment plans for meaningful results.
Kelly has additional training in the Stecco method of Fascial Manipulation®, a well-documented and highly effective approach for addressing chronic pain. This method focuses on treating dysfunctions within the fascia of the locomotor system caused by trauma, overuse, or periods of immobility. With an in-depth health history, she’s able to uncover subtle patterns of compensation within the body to restore fuller, stronger, pain-free movement.
In addition, Kelly is proud to hold her CLT/Certified Lymphedema Therapist and CDT/Combined Decongestive Therapist designation from the Dr. Vodder International School of Manual Lymph Drainage®. This approach to lymphatic care is widely recognized within the medical community and when combined with skin care, compression bandaging and exercise, form the gold standard for treating lymphedema. CDT is particularly effective for managing complex conditions of the lymphatic or cardiovascular systems, such as post-surgical or oncology-related cases, lymphedema, lipedema, chronic venous insufficiency, or edema of the head, neck, or trunk. Kelly is also certified in Lymphatic Taping with Kinesio-type tape.
Her passion for supporting this population is deeply personal. Watching her own mother navigate cancer and the lack of proactive information provided sparked a strong desire to offer thoughtful, informed care for those navigating similar challenges. She strives to empower her clients with knowledge, and create a space where clients feel supported and confident in their healing process.
Above all, Kelly believes in helping people get back to the activities that make them feel like themselves again.
For your added convenience, Kelly is able to direct bill most major insurers through Pacific Blue Cross, Sunlife, Desjardins, Manulife, and other Telus Health affiliates.
Kelly can also be found in North Vancouver from Mondays to Wednesdays at Village Physiotherapy in Edgemont Village.
Kelly is not taking ICBC or WorkSafe claims at this time.

« This treatment is a combination of lymphatic drainage and lighter Swedish techniques, mild fascial work and other techniques in an RMT's tool box that is designed to help with soft tissue issues but also try to reduce or mitigate any inflammation caused by the treatment. This treatment is meant for those with Lymphedema, those at risk of developing it or some other lymphatic disorder. »
