Hello, my name is Kelly!
As a registered clinical counsellor (RCC), I offer a safe, confidential space where you can show up as you are, without judgment and without pretense. My work is grounded in authenticity, integrity, and honesty. I believe in walking alongside my clients with compassion and clarity as we navigate the challenges that life can bring.
My approach blends Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Inner Child and Reparenting and Somatic Work, helping you not only to understand your emotional patterns but also to connect more deeply with your internal experience. Together, we can explore your past and present with curiosity, care, and intention.
Currently, I work with individuals aged 14 and older. Some areas of support I offer are:
Grief and loss
Pregnancy loss and infertility
Relationship concerns
Separation or divorce
Life transitions
Anxiety and depression
Personal growth and self-discovery
##GRIEF & LOSS
Do any of these feel familiar?
Are you struggling to get through the day since losing someone you love?
Does it feel like nobody around you truly understands what you're going through?
Are you unsure whether what you're feeling - the numbness, the anger, the guilt - is normal?
Has loss changed you, and you're not sure how to find yourself again?
Are you grieving something other than a death, such as a relationship, a diagnosis, a career or purpose, a life you imagined?
Do you feel pressure to "move on"?
If anything above resonated with you, I want you to know that you are not alone and that I am here to support you.
I work with people navigating some of the hardest experiences life can bring: the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a life-altering diagnosis, miscarriage, estrangement, or the quieter losses that others rarely acknowledge.
Grief, in all its forms, deserves to be witnessed, and not managed, rushed, or minimized.
There is no right way or wrong way to grieve. However, there is a way to discover what you uniquely need in your journey of grief. Some individuals need space to speak about the person or experience they've lost; others arrive carrying emotions they can't yet name. We go at your pace.
I came to this work through my own experiences of loss, and through witnessing how profoundly common it is for grieving people to feel overlooked.
##SEPARATION & DIVORCE SUPPORT FOR INDIVIDUALS
Are you thinking about leaving your relationship, and the fear and unknowns are overwhelming you?
Are you in the middle of the process of separation and in need of some support, grounding and adjusting to the evolving new life?
Maybe you are on the other side of divorce and are asking yourself, “now what”?
I am a compassionate counsellor who specializes in supporting individuals navigating separation and divorce. With a warm, grounded approach, I can help you work through the emotional impact of relationship transitions, including grief, uncertainty, and identity shifts.
I offer guidance in co-parenting communication, managing conflict, and creating stability for children during times of change. I also support clients in coping with losses, rebuilding confidence, and moving forward with clarity and resilience.
Whether you're facing the early stages of separation or adjusting to life after divorce, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your experiences and develop tools for healing, growth, and healthier future relationships.
##PREGNANCY LOSS & TRYING TO CONCEIVE AFTER LOSS
Has pregnancy loss left you feeling disconnected from your body or uncertain about whether you can trust it again?
Do you find yourself caught between hope and fear for half the month when trying to conceive?
Are you struggling with anxiety during fertility treatments, ovulation tracking, or the waiting periods that seem to consume your thoughts?
Do you feel isolated because others don't fully understand the depth of your grief or expect you to "move on"?
Has your loss affected your relationship with your partner, family, or friends, leaving you feeling misunderstood or alone?
Do you long to feel hopeful again but worry that opening your heart means risking another devastating loss?
Pregnancy loss is a profound grief that is often invisible to others. Whether your loss occurred through miscarriage, stillbirth, ectopic pregnancy, termination for medical reasons, or infertility after loss, the emotional impact can be overwhelming. Trying to conceive again often brings a complex mix of grief, hope, fear, and uncertainty that can feel exhausting to carry on your own.
My approach provides a compassionate space to process your loss while supporting you through the emotional challenges of trying to conceive again. Together, we make room for your grief, explore the anxiety and uncertainty that often accompany this journey, and develop ways to reconnect with yourself, your body, and your sense of hope. You do not have to choose between grieving the baby you lost and hoping for the future you long for.
Healing does not mean forgetting your baby or eliminating fear. It means learning how to carry your loss with compassion while creating space for hope, resilience, and whatever comes next. You deserve support through every part of this journey.
