Over the past 9 years as a therapist I have had the privilege to work with clients, hearing their stories and holding space for them. I enjoy working from an integrated collaborative approach to create a safe, judgement free space for clients where they feel heard and supported throughout their healing journey. I have a particular passion for working with those navigating the journey with parenthood. Whether you are exploring becoming a parent, struggling with fertility or infant loss, or dealing with the transition into the role of parenting.
My therapeutic approach blends evidence-based techniques such as Emotion Focused, Attachment, Mindfulness and Trauma Informed therapies with a compassionate, client-centered approach to help individuals work through life's difficulties and achieve a sense of balance and fulfillment. Whether you're seeking guidance through a challenging period in your life or looking to deepen your understanding of yourself, I am here to offer the tools, support, and encouragement you need to create lasting positive change.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, watching movies and reading a variety of books with a good cup of coffee. Being in Calgary, escaping to the mountains to explore and spend time in nature camping is always a treat.
