Hi, my name is Kelsey and I am a practicum therapist here at Wholesome Psychology. Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, and I want to honour the courage it takes to reach out for support. As a practicum student completing my Master’s in Counselling Psychology under the supervision of a Registered Psychologist, I feel grateful for the opportunity to walk alongside clients as they move toward healing, growth, and greater self-understanding. My background includes mental health education, group facilitation, quality improvement, early childhood education, and wellness-based practices. As a registered yoga teacher, I have developed a deep appreciation for mindfulness, the mind-body connection, and experiential approaches that support people in reconnecting with themselves in meaningful and practical ways. These experiences continue to shape my counselling style, which is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique story. I am especially passionate about supporting children, families, and individuals navigating stress, overwhelm, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I have a strong interest in supporting neurodivergent children, individuals, and families in ways that are affirming, practical, and strengths-based.
