Hi, I'm the wellness centre intern! I recently completed my degree in psychology and am currently pursuing further training in counselling. I am passionate about supporting students in their personal growth and overall wellbeing. In this role, I'm here to be a resource for students, whether you need someone to talk to, guidance in building resilience, or strategies to manage stress and find balance. It's important to find ways to build healthy habits and feel connected. I'm available to meet with students who want to talk, ask questions, or explore resources that might help them. I am here to create a safe, approachable space where you feel heard and supported.
