Kelsey graduated from the University of Alberta with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy. Prior to that, she received a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Physical Education with a concentration in Kinesiology and Sport Studies from the University of Alberta- Augustana Campus in Camrose. Kelsey looks forward to continuing her education by taking the Beginner/Intermediate Clinical Pilates Course January 2026.
This has become a specialized area of interest for Kelsey as Pilates can benefit everyone! Whether you are rehabbing an injury or looking for injury prevention/conditioning, Clinical Pilates can be a fantastic option for clients. With a background in dance, Kelsey also enjoys working with dancers of all ages to help maximize performance and improve foundational technique! In her practice she incorporates elements of manual therapy, tailored exercise programs to improve strength and function. Kelsey strives to provide effective tools and strategies to her clients so that they can get back to doing what they love!
In her spare time, Kelsey enjoys an active lifestyle taking reformer Pilates classes in the community or walking in the River Valley (preferably with her cousin’s dog Gus that Kelsey steals from time to time!). She equally enjoys curling up on a couch with a good book or catching up with friends over a great matcha!"
