In their own words
Healing is possible when we reconnect with ourselves in new ways. Sometimes, patterns that once helped us cope begin to limit how we relate to ourselves and others. In our work together, we’ll slow down with curiosity and compassion, supporting greater alignment between your thoughts, emotions, and nervous system so change feels grounded and lasting.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, substance use, identity questions, those who work as first responders, and those going through major life transitions. My approach is grounded in the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM). NARM is a relational, trauma-informed approach that supports lasting change by working beneath surface symptoms. This work can be especially helpful if you find yourself stuck in self-doubt, people-pleasing, perfectionism, relationship conflict, burnout, or patterns that no longer serve you.
I integrate person-centred and solution-focused therapy with mindfulness, somatic awareness, and emotion-focused techniques. Our work is collaborative and paced with care, grounded in consent, agency, and respect. Whether you are seeking support for a specific challenge or looking for deeper personal growth, therapy can be a space to reconnect with clarity, choice, and self-trust.
I offer both virtual and in-person sessions with flexible scheduling to support your needs. If you’re curious about starting, I’d be happy to connect and see if we’re a good fit.
