Since graduating from MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy, managing pain and optimizing your wellbeing has been the focus of Kendra's practice. Kendra believes that every person and every situation is unique. Her approach to massage therapy is to initially inquire, listen and understand what your physical condition is and what your treatment objectives are. Kendra has developed and acquired knowledge, skills and techniques such as: myofascial cupping gua sha and RAPID Kendra’s 6 plus years of experience and her massage techniques helps her address a wide range of injury, pain, movement, stress, or fitness conditions. It is her intention to deliver comfortable, measurable and valuable treatments to address your condition and meet your health and movement objectives. Kendra loves to help people of all ages and enjoys helping with specific conditions such as: postural dysfunction tension headaches sciatic pain chronic neck and back pain TMJ dysfunction fibromyalgia and more. Having two boys of her own, Kendra especially loves to work with pre and postnatal moms. Kendra is a personable, professional, dedicated therapist who is passionate about massage therapy and achieving a healthy lifestyle.
