She is passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate challenges, process pain, celebrate growth, and reconnect with their strengths. Keri holds a deep belief that healing, hope, and meaningful change are possible—even in difficult circumstances—and she strives to create a safe, supportive space where clients can move toward the life they desire.
Keri values each client’s unique story and believes that therapy is most effective when clients are active participants in their own healing. Her approach is collaborative, compassionate, and flexible, with an emphasis on authenticity, cultural awareness, and respect for each individual’s lived experience. She works with a range of concerns, including ADHD, grief and loss, trauma, parenting challenges, attachment styles, relationship concerns (including couples and families), faith and spirituality, and experiences of spiritual hurt or abuse. She also has experience working with cross-cultural clients and is committed to fostering cultural humility and understanding in the therapeutic space.
Her integrative therapeutic approach draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Attachment Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy. This allows Keri to tailor treatment to each client’s needs, goals, and values.
Before entering the counselling field, Keri worked in various non-profit settings providing pastoral and supportive counselling. She holds a Bachelor of Ministry in Intercultural Studies.
