Dans ses motsKevin graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Science Specialized Honours (Kinesiology and Health Science), along with a Certificate in Athletic Therapy, and later completed a Diploma in Massage Therapy from Ontario College of Health Technology.
Kevin has worked with a variety of teams and athletes at the youth and junior levels, and has focused his time in recent years working with runners at all levels, as well as lacrosse and track and field athletes at the university, national and international levels. He has volunteered as a therapist with host medical teams at several national and international track and field meets, including the 2015 Pan American Games in Toronto. Kevin was also the team therapist for the Canadian men’s junior volleyball team at the 2015 U21 world championships and for Athletics Canada at the 2023 World Mountain and Trail Running Championships.
Kevin was a varsity cross country and track and field athlete while attending York University, and has spent time coaching at the club and university levels. He understands the physical, mental, and emotional demands that athletes experience, and uses that to help guide his treatment for each client along their journey. Kevin utilizes a combination of techniques including fascial stretching, deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy, and strengthening exercises to improve injury symptoms, optimize movement, and meet client goals.

« The initial fitness assessment would consist of our trainers incorporating past medical/ fitness history and client goals into an exercise and/or treatment plan. This would include, and not be limited to, a series of mobility assessments of the major joints as well as a movement screening for functional movements (such as the squat and hip hinge, for example). Feedback would be given with regards to the outcome of the assessment and the client will be given exercises to address the most pertinent findings in relation to their history and goals. »Strength and Conditioning 30
