If you are feeling stuck, like you're struggling or need some help with self compassion, I can relate, and I can help! We can work together to understand your mental health goals, and get you on a path to reaching them. I also offer nature based walk and talk therapy, based in Guelph, ON.

Group Therapy for Neurodivergent Adults

« In this eight week group, we will learn more about and explore topics related to neurodivergence, relationships, and finding belonging. This group is led by Deb and Andrea, music therapy and art therapy interns. It incorporates elements of both music and art therapy, in addition to verbal counselling. It is an virtual group, taking place on a privacy compliant video software. »
