About Kieri
Kieri holds a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia. With a background as an athlete, she brings a genuine passion for strength and conditioning, performance, and long-term health to her physiotherapy practice.
Her approach to physiotherapy emphasizes education, hands-on treatment, and purposeful strength and mobility work. Kieri is committed to helping clients move with confidence, feel stronger in their bodies, and return to the activities that matter most to them. She values thoughtful, progressive care and focuses on creating sustainable results that support long-term well-being.
Kieri has advanced training in clinical Pilates, contemporary medical acupuncture, dry needling, and neurokinetic therapy, allowing her to tailor each treatment to the individual. She also has specialized training in pelvic health and is passionate about supporting women’s health. Her certifications include pregnancy care, labour and delivery, pelvic pain, and female and male
urinary incontinence.
Outside the clinic, Kieri is a certified Lagree instructor, teaching movement-focused classes that build core strength, stability, and functional fitness.
