Everyone has within them the capability to move through life’s challenges, but
sometimes you may need a little help. Using a client-centered approach, I will work as a
partner to help you achieve your goals.
The first 20 years of my career in therapy saw me working as an accredited music
therapist using music and other creative modalities to help people reach their
therapeutic goals. I am now bringing that experience of establishing trusting, therapeutic
relationships to talk-based therapy. I have been a Registered Psychotherapist since
2016, and currently I use elements of mindfulness, cognitive behavioural therapy,
narrative therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and creative modalities.
Areas of specialty include caregiver stress (ex. parenting, taking care of aging parents,
etc), life transitions, anxiety, grief and loss. I have extensive experience in dementia
care and aging, and in navigating divorce/separation.

Wednesdays, 8:00-12:00 Individual Sessions
Alternate Tuesdays 8am - 11am
Alternate Thursdays 5pm - 8pm
Saturdays 9:30-11:00 Moving Forward: Group for Women Experiencing
Separation/Divorce
Are you having a hard time finding a path forward after your separation? Is it
difficult to even find time to understand how you feel and how you have been
effected? Are you feeling stuck and uncertain of how to get un-stuck? In this 6
week program, we will tease apart your experience and create a new story-line.
You will be supported by the other members in the group in a safe space, and
