« **Initial ICBC Appointment is CALL TO BOOK ONLY** Please call 604-683-7246 to provide us your 1) Adjuster Name 2) Claim Number so painPRO can validate the claim with ICBC. If you are wanting to start treatment before your claim has been approved, you may do so, but you must pay the ICBC rate of initial session plus co-pay until claim is approved. It is the patients responsibility to collect reimbursement from ICBC for treatments completed prior to claim validation between painPRO and ICBC.

ICBC RMT Standard TreatmentFollow-up
« Only available to ICBC patients who have completed their first ICBC Initial Assessment Treatment. If this is your first ICBC booking please call the clinic to get your file set up with us.
If painPRO has confirmed your claim has approved sessions, ICBC will pay for the majority of your massage treatment. There is an additional co-pay amount that the patient needs to take care of personally. Patients wanting a longer treatment length will need to call 604-683-7246. You will be required to pay for the extra treatment time. ICBC will not reimburse you for any extra charges. »
