I have experience in sports and athletes, pregnancy and persistent pain massage. I am specialized in using different modalities such as deep tissue, Swedish, or myofascial release, tailoring each session to address client’s needs or concerns and aiming to relieve stress, alleviate pain and promote general Wellness and relaxation. I am passionate about ongoing education and staying updated on the latest techniques to provide the best care.
