About Kitty
Kitty is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from Langara College. She speaks English and Cantonese, also conversational Mandarin.
Originally from Hong Kong, she transitioned from a corporate career to kinesiology and
massage therapy in Vancouver after years of hiking, marathon and ultra trail running experiences, which
sparked her strong interest in injury recovery and rehabilitation.
Kitty is caring and attentive, with a genuine passion for helping people care for their bodies and
support their overall health. Outside of clinic hours, she enjoys trail running, climbing, and
spending time outdoors. She is also a certified Wilderness First Responder, reflecting her calm
approach and sound decision-making, with a strong emphasis on safety in challenging and
remote environments. This unique background enriches her understanding of patient care and
informs her treatment approach, supporting assessment, clinical reasoning, and effective care
strategies in diverse healthcare settings.
Her treatments combine relaxation-based techniques with targeted therapeutic work to
address stress, pain, muscle tension, and movement restrictions. Depending on individual
needs, she may incorporate Swedish massage, myofascial release, deep tissue and trigger
point therapy, muscle energy techniques, or joint mobilization into her treatment. Kitty
emphasizes hands-on care and practical homecare to support recovery, natural healing, and
injury prevention.
