I have earned my Massage Therapy diploma from MH Vicars in 2017. I have more than 2200 hours of training and I am a member of the Massage Association of Alberta. I firmly believe in the mind/body connection and how it can greatly impact your daily life. I enjoy being physically active through yoga and training for obstacle races.
