WAITLIST CLOSED-I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor, Approved Clinical Supervisor, and the Clinical Director of Juniper Counselling, with over 28 years of experience in the mental health field. My approach is trauma-informed and rooted in compassion, curiosity, and a commitment to social justice. I hold a Master’s in Counselling Psychology and have advanced training in Mediation, Conflict Resolution, and Indigenous Focusing-Oriented Therapy. I’ve been honoured with the Adler Scholarship twice for my work with at-risk youth and my dedication to inclusivity. I also serve as adjunct faculty in a Master of Counselling program and regularly speak on topics like trauma recovery, belonging, and mental health innovation. Whether I’m working one-on-one with clients, training future counsellors, or presenting to large audiences, I aim to create spaces that are both safe and transformative. At Juniper, I’ve built a team of diverse, skilled therapists—and if we’re not the right fit for you, I’ll help you find someone who is. My latest focus is on addressing the loneliness epidemic and helping individuals and communities reconnect in meaningful ways.
