VACATION NOTICE Kristin will be away until September 2026. During her absence, Pam, Jessi, and Christine will be helping to oversee her clients and provide ongoing support to ensure continuity of care.
Kristin is a skilled RMT and Sutherland-Chan graduate who has been practicing since 2012 and a valued member of the Continuum team for over five years. With a wealth of experience in both gym and clinical settings, Kristin offers in-depth expertise in prenatal and postnatal massage, infant massage, cupping, fascial stretch therapy, sports massage, relaxation massage, and aromatherapy.
Kristin’s goal is to support clients in maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle, addressing mobility issues from daily routines or sports. Having experienced acute and chronic back pain herself, she brings firsthand insight into recovery and rehabilitation that greatly benefits her clients. Early in her career, Kristin had the unique opportunity to work in a high-risk birthing center, inspiring her to become a certified Doula and Labor & Support worker.
Passionate about working with expecting clients and their families, Kristin is excited to provide care through all stages of life. You can find her at the clinic on Tuesdays and Thursdays, ready to help you feel your best.
