Kristina Milligan uses an exercise based approach to Massage Therapy and Athletic Therapy. This mean you should come dressed in comfortable clothing that allows for assessment, treatment and exercise, as clients do not typically undress or use sheets. Kristina has an interest in orthopedic injuries as well as pre- and post-natal health, c-section recovery and return to activity. Kristina is a Certified Athletic Therapist (CAT(C)), Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and co-owner of Synergy Sport Therapy. Kristina was born and raised in Guelph has a dynamic approach to injuries and treatment combining her Athletic Therapy and Massage Therapy skills.
Treatment Style: Kristina treats using an active approach to therapy and clients remained clothed throughout.

« Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy (OMT) is a specialized therapy focused on improving the function and coordination of the muscles in the face, mouth, jaw and tongue. These muscles play a critical role in breathing, speaking, chewing, swallowing, and overall oral health. OMT implements a series of highly effective specialized exercises over the course of several months to achieve proper resting tongue posture, nasal breathing, lip seal and coordination of muscles to influence jaw and face pain as well as other conditions.
