Life can become especially difficult when you are navigating a major transition, persistent mental health concerns, a late ADHD or autism diagnosis, caregiving, grief, or changes related to serious illness. You may feel overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or unsure how to move forward when there are no easy answers.
I offer warm, collaborative therapy for adults, older adults, couples, and families. I have a particular interest in supporting late-diagnosed and high-masking autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD adults, as well as individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, and significant life transitions.
I also specialize in supporting individuals and families affected by life-limiting illness, neurodegenerative conditions such as Parkinson’s, caregiver burnout, anticipatory grief, death, and dying. My approach creates room for both the practical and emotional realities of these experiences, including uncertainty, changing family roles, exhaustion, and loss.
Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and other evidence-informed approaches, I will work with you to better understand your experiences, reconnect with what matters, and develop a way forward that feels compassionate, meaningful, and sustainable.
