Since then, I have completed extensive additional training to continually expand my skills and better support my clients. My approach to therapeutic treatment focuses on helping clients return to pre-injury function or achieve improved comfort and mobility in daily life. I specialize in releasing fascial restrictions using techniques such as myofascial release and cupping, while also supporting overall relaxation and well-being. I have recently returned to my maiden name, Kristy Holliday, and my business name will be updated accordingly as part of this transition. Clients I work with clients of all ages, including children, adults, and seniors. Treatments are designed to relieve pain and stress associated with daily life while also supporting the rehabilitation of physical injuries. I am committed to providing high-quality, personalized care. Each treatment includes assessment, hands-on therapy, and guidance on self-care strategies such as stretching, strengthening, and the use of heat or cold therapy to help you maintain results between sessions. My goal is to support your overall health and well-being. Cancellation Policy A 24-hour cancellation policy is in place. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or missed without notice will be charged in full to the credit card on file or invoiced for immediate payment. Thank you for respecting my time, as there is often a waitlist for appointments. Waitlist Policy A waitlist is available for fully booked days. If you add yourself to the waitlist and are automatically scheduled, it is your responsibility to monitor your email and text notifications.
