Krutee is a Registered Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, with close to a
decade of clinical experience in musculoskeletal, post-surgical, and sports injuries. She holds a
Professional Diploma in Sports Physical Therapies from the International Olympic Committee
(Switzerland). Her approach blends hands-on manual therapy with progressive, graded strengthening to
treat the root cause, not just the symptoms — drawing on Dry Needling/IMS, Clinical Neurodynamic
Solutions, Kinetic Control, McKenzie techniques, taping, myofascial release, and cupping. She continues
to advance her training in Pelvic Health and the McKenzie Method.
Krutee was drawn to physiotherapy after seeing the limits of a purely pharmaceutical approach. Early in
her training, she noticed that recovery without active strengthening was often incomplete — patients
would improve briefly, then return to the clinic again. That pushed her toward active recovery and
consistent follow-up across all age groups, an approach that has delivered phenomenal results ever
since. From post-operative patients to CrossFit and gym athletes, she builds individualized programs
that get people back to what they love.
