Krystle is a compassionate and empathetic Registered Massage Therapist, who graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2016. She has pursued continuing education in techniques that work with fascia to reduce tension by calming the nervous system. Her treatment style is relaxing Swedish massage with targeted therapeutic modalities blended in: myofascial trigger point release for the knots we all get, facilitated stretching for tight areas, gentle mobilizations for stiff joints, and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization when indicated. Her belief is that massage promotes the body's own natural healing process through the mind-body connection, and she feels privileged to help support her patients in their health and wellness.
For your convenience, she can direct bill your treatment to most benefit providers including: Pacific Blue Cross, RCMP Medavie Blue Cross (with your doctor's note), Green Shield, SunLife, Manulife, Canada Life, and Desjardins.
