Krystle is a human connection junkie. As a mother of two kids and the proud owner of three cats, Krystle's nurturing spirit extends beyond her family to create a warm and welcoming space for her clients. Having explored the richness of 30 countries, Krystle's love for people and diverse cultures infuses her practice with a genuine appreciation for the unique life paths of her clients. A graduate from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Toronto, Krystle approaches massage therapy with a holistic perspective, considering all 360 degrees of the body. Before opening up her own private practice, Krystle fine-tuned her skills working as a massage therapist at a chiropractor clinic and at St. Anne’s Spa. Krystle’s mission is to restore balance to both body and mind, alleviating symptoms by addressing the root causes of discomfort. With a keen understanding that stress and anxiety are integral aspects of the healing process, Krystle ensures every session includes an element of relaxation, guiding her clients towards a state of tranquility and overall well-being. In addition to her expertise in massage therapy, Krystle extends her healing touch to Reiki and Scar Release Therapy.
