Counsellor (MAC, CCC) I became a counsellor because I know what it’s like to feel lost, hopeless, and unsure of where you belong. Over time, I found healing through my faith and through the support of people who walked with me and reminded me of my worth. Those experiences showed me the power of safe, compassionate relationships and inspired me to offer that same kind of support to others. My counselling experience includes work in university settings and in a couples and relationship clinic, walking alongside people in many different seasons of life. I’m especially drawn to supporting clients through times of transition—starting a new school, entering the workforce, building a marriage, becoming a parent, adjusting to retirement, or navigating grief and loss. Clients often describe me as calm, compassionate, gentle, and down to earth. My hope is to create a supportive space where you can talk about what matters most to you, make sense of the challenges you are facing, and begin to move toward healing, growth, and peace.
