With a comprehensive clinical toolkit, Kyrsten customizes every treatment using a wide range of specialized techniques, Cupping, IASTM, Hot Stone Therapy, and TMJ/Buccal treatment, Swedish and Non-Swedish Massage, Trigger Point therapy, Myofascial Release, and Pre/Post-Natal care. Believing that recovery is a collaborative partnership, she educates her clients with tailored, interactive at-home remedial exercises to ensure lasting relief and wellness. Empathetic, detail-oriented, and active in the Edmonton community, Kyrsten frequently volunteers her skills at events ranging from local festivals to athletic competitions.
