“I cannot recommend Laura highly enough! From my pregnancy through postpartum recovery, she provided exceptional care, knowledge, and support. During pregnancy, Laura helped me manage pelvic pain and prepare my body for delivery with exercises and strategies tailored to my needs. Her compassionate approach made me feel completely at ease, and I always left sessions feeling empowered and informed. Postpartum, she was a lifesaver in helping me regain strength and address challenges like diastasis recti and overall weakness. Laura offered practical solutions, hands-on techniques, and ongoing encouragement that made all the difference in my recovery. Her expertise, professionalism, and genuine care set her apart. If you're pregnant, postpartum, or just seeking pelvic floor support, I can't recommend Laura enough. She truly goes above and beyond to help you feel your best during this transformative time!”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Laura was recommended to me by a friend for postpartum recovery. I was apprehensive about trying pelvic floor physio but from our very first appointment Laura made me feel SO comfortable; it was never awkward. Laura was knowledgeable and professional and great with my baby that it made me look forward to seeing her at appointments. Laura was never pushy about treatment plan (ie # appts) and provided at-home exercises that were realistic to do while having a newborn at home and minimal free time. 11/10 would recommend Laura as part of your healthcare team! Best investment I made to my postpartum self!”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Laura guided me through my prenatal and postpartum pelvic floor journey and she was absolutely amazing! Without her help, I am positive my delivery and postpartum recovery wouldn’t have been as smooth as it was. Laura is so kind, thorough, knowledgeable and supportive. Going to appointments, was like going to see a good friend. She makes you feel incredibly comfortable. I will certainly be going back to her for support in the future!”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Laura was absolutely incredible during my second pregnancy. My OB suggested I start pelvic floor physio after an organ prolapse landed me in emerg and I am so glad she did. Not only did Laura help me throughout the majority of my pregnancy, but her guidance also assisted me immensely during my labour and delivery. I highly recommend her, she’s incredible at what she does!”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Laura is the most empathetic, empowering, and up-to-date pelvic physio therapist with a passion for improving women's health. I received care throughout my pregnancy and into my post partum period. I felt heard, understood, and cared for by Laura each step of the way. She taught me how to prepare for labor through strengthening my pelvic floor muscles and breathing techniques, to name a few. During post partum, I experienced very painful right lower back/hip pain, which only resolved with treatment from Laura. I have already recommended Laura to all my pregnant friends and will continue to do so!”Lire la suiteRéduire
