Dans ses motsLaura-Lee has always been fascinated with human movement. She graduated from Western University with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and has been helping people move ever since. She loves to celebrate the “I did it!” moment with her clients when they have been working toward learning a movement skill. She is an experienced, certified Level 3 Fascial Stretch Therapist (FST).
Laura-Lee has spent decades competing and coaching in both fencing and badminton. She loves spending time riding her bike, walking in nature with her family and pup, and curled up on the outdoor furniture with a good book. When she isn’t working (or reading) she can be found creating digital artwork, delicious baked goods or hand-made clothing.
