I have been a RMT for over 20 yrs. I am a member of the CMTO in good standing. I enjoy helping people relax their muscles. fascia, joints and by extension nervous systems through bodywork for a living. Courses & other certifications I hold are as follows: Myofascial release certificate -Sutherland-Chan school of Massage Therapy 2015 Diploma of Reflexology with Footsteps school of Reflexology 2006 Certificate In Reiki -levels 1&2 with Barbara Mc Kell ( Master Reiki practitioner)-Waterloo On 2009 Certificate from The Barrel institute in VM1(visceral manipulation) -an Osteopathic technique. 2022 Acupuncture certificate for registered Healthcare Practitioners. OCTM School of Acupuncture. ( Toronto Campus) 2023 Current area of study : Cranial Sacral therapy Levels 2&3 The Upledger institute 2026
