Hyperbaric Oxygen ConsultNew patient
« This appointment is required before accessing hyperbaric oxygen treatment at Thrive. We will review the reasons you are seeking hyperbaric oxygen, complete a safety review to ensure you are an appropriate candidate for hyperbaric therapy, determine a plan for a course of treatment and discuss expected outcomes. This appointment is booked for 30 minutes but may take more/less time and is charged at our regular $20 per 5 minute basis.
If you have not completed your intake forms 24 hours in advance, your appointment will be rescheduled and 50% of the appointment fee will be charged and receipt emailed.
Appointment no-shows are charged at 100% of appointment fee and receipt emailed. »

« IV Recirculatory Hemoperfusion Treatment. This is for all existing patients who have had an initial assessment with Dr Raddysh or Dr Stark, and IV RHP therapy has been discussed as a part of the treatment plan. Expect to be at your appointment for 2+ hours. If you don't see an available time slot, please call 306-949-4325 to book. »

« This is for all existing patients who have had an initial assessment with Dr Raddysh or Dr Stark, and IV therapy has been discussed as a part of the treatment plan. Expect to be at your appointment for 1.5-2 hours. Please note, in order to provide you the best care in addition to protecting your privacy, the IV room is not the appropriate place for personal consultations. Providing your doctor updates or needing adjustment to your plan, must be done in a 1-on-1 follow up visit. »
