Lauren Barras is a Registered Massage Therapist in Revelstoke, BC and has been practicing Massage Therapy since 2009. She is an active member of the College of Massage Therapists of BC and also works as an EMR with BC Ambulance.
Lauren provides safe and effective Massage Therapy in a wide variety of modalities. She is best known for her Deep Tissue Massage and Trigger Point Therapy. When she is not busy helping the people of Revelstoke feel their very best, you can find her on the ice, coaching and playing hockey!
