À propos de Lauren
Dans ses motsLauren is a Registered Massage Therapist who completed her training at Langara College. Prior to her RMT career, she earned her BSc Kinesiology degree at Simon Fraser University. Thereafter, she worked as a Kinesiologist and a Fitness Coach.
Lauren wants to meet each patient where they are — from relaxation, relieving tension and supporting recovery. She approaches each patient holistically and aims to provide an effective treatment.

Outside of the clinic, you can find her strength training, playing volleyball, biking and trying out new recipes.
