I believe that one of the bravest things you can do is decide you don’t have to do it alone. I work with individuals and couples so that they can understand themselves in a new and positive way. My approach entails creating a safe, open, and engaging space that facilitates self-discovery. As a certified therapist with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and a scientific background including 20 years of experience in healthcare, I have the understanding of the holistic approach needed to look at biological and mental processes. I work hard to create an environment where you are an active participant in your own therapy. I value trust as an integral part of the therapeutic relationship. I work to build and maintain the trust of my clients so that it can be a space for you to show up fully. I am passionate about assisting individuals and couples to achieve their goals through empowerment and strength-based approaches. I seek to understand my clients from their view of healing and offer an environment where they can communicate their thoughts and feelings. I work with individuals who are navigating concerns related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, stress, burnout, trauma, and self-esteem. I provide counselling for couples to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and address conflicts. Choosing the right therapist can be a challenging process, and it’s important to feel comfortable with the person you’re working with.
