Lauren graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2017, receiving her diploma for completing the 2500 hour full time program. She focuses on therapeutic massages, treating a wide variety of conditions such as chronic pain, headaches, sprains/strains, tendinitis, frozen shoulder, sciatica, pregnancy and more. Lauren customizes her massage to suit the needs of her patients and practices Swedish, Sports or Pregnancy massage while incorporating trigger point and myofascial release therapy as well as joint mobilizations. As a strong proponent of balanced wellness in body and mind, some of her passions include weight training, hiking, cooking/baking, meditating and reading.

« For ICBC RMT appointments, the initial visit must be 60 minutes, with follow-up visits scheduled for 45 minutes each. There's a user fee of $15 per appointment, which can be reimbursed through extended benefits. If your motor vehicle accident happened within the last 12 weeks, you're automatically pre-approved for 12 registered massage therapy sessions.
