As a graduate from MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy I obtained my 2200 hour diploma with Honours.
After spending years working in the stressful corporate world, I wanted to commit myself to bringing positive change and balance to the lives of others. Throughout every session, I aim to provide high quality treatments, to work with integrity, respect, intention, awareness and my full presence. By integrating breathwork throughout each treatment, I am able to target the deeper layers of the body, as well as enhance the mind-body connection.
I enjoy working with client’s of any age and anyone that may live with multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia, Parkinson’s, carpal tunnel syndrome, frozen shoulder, thoracic outlet syndrome, postural concerns, sciatica, TMJD and more. My mission is to provide every client with individualized care by integrating a variety of techniques, including but not limited to, range of motion testing, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, basic manual lymphatic drainage, trigger point work and remedial exercises.
Massage therapy has vastly improved my overall health, wellbeing and functionality, which in turn created my love for the modality. I am committed to learning, improving and growing my skill set to benefit and improve my client’s lifestyles.
I have been an avid yogi since 2012 and I continue to maintain a practice almost every day! I am also a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Instructor and a Level 1&2 Somatic Exercise Teacher.

2nd visit was even better, we went over more in depth on my problem areas and went deeper into the tissues of my muscles. Feel much less stiff.
