Dans ses motsLeah is a registered massage therapist with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC). She graduated from the Western College of Remedial Massage Therapies here in Regina in 2020 and has been with Cathedral Sports Massage since 2021.
Whether you are looking for deep tissue work, a relaxation massage or something in between, Leah creates personal assessment based treatments for each individual client. She is very passionate about helping her clients properly recover through injuries and providing preventative care information.
Leah has additional training in IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization), Assisted Stretching Therapy, Rapid Neurofascial Reset and cupping is up next. Her love of learning will have her continuing to expand her knowledge and skills whenever she can.
