Leanne has always been passionate about health and fitness; she believes that staying mobile and active is an integral part of enjoying life. She is a Kinesiologist but also has a background in weight lifting, dance, teaching, personal training, group training, and acute sports medicine. She thrives when she sees people regain their mobility and activity level, allowing them to maximize their potential! When Leanne isn’t working, she is enjoying the outdoors with her family.
