In their own words
I work with individuals experiencing any kind of joint/muscular pain, traumatic/sports injury or movement limitations affecting daily function & limiting your social participation!
Common Conditions I can help you with:
• Neck, back, shoulder, hip, and knee pain • Arthritis and degenerative joint conditions(RA/OA)

• Post-surgical rehabilitation (joint replacement, ligament and meniscus repair)
• Neurological conditions including stroke and Parkinson’s disease, muscle weakness
• Age-related mobility and strength decline, fear of fall
My Approach:
My focus is to understand the full picture of your condition—not just the symptoms. I take time to assess movement, identify contributing factors, and explain findings in a clear, practical way so you understand what is happening and what steps to take next.
Together, we develop a structured, goal-oriented treatment plan that supports safe recovery, improved function, and long-term independence.
The aim is to improve movement, reduce pain, restore function, and support long-term independence and resume your social participation which was limited by pain/weakness since while.
Treatment Includes:
• Manual therapy and hands-on techniques
