From a young age, Lesly recognized she had a passion for health & fitness, and also for helping others. This passion fueled her to complete a degree in Kinesiology from UBC in 2013 and pursue a career as a kinesiologist. As a movement specialist, Lesly has worked with a wide variety of clientele both in clinic and gym settings.
Whether training clients for injury rehab, fitness, or athletic goals, Lesly’s focus is ensuring a solid foundation and proficient movements are restored and maintained to ensure client goals are being met with success!
In her spare time Lesly enjoys weight training, hiking, pilates, travel, playing or lounging by the water, and eating any and all of the goodies 🙂
