My practice is informed by the understanding that we all have many different parts inside of us that want to be seen and heard (Internal Family Systems). When we create space for all the parts of ourselves to be witnessed with love and compassion, we will begin to experience healing and wholeness in a new way. I offer you a grounded, secure presence during this process. I have experience working with eating disorders and disordered eating, trauma, life transitions, coming-of-age topics, LGBTQIA+ issues, and anxiety and depression. I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW), Master of Social Work (MSW) providing in-person psychotherapy for adults (Hamilton, ON) and virtual psychotherapy (across Ontario).
